Terms & Research Disclaimer
Terms governing website use together with the principal limitations of Prediction Market Radar research and comparisons.
Effective: 21 July 2026
Scope
These terms and the accompanying research disclaimer govern use of Prediction Market Radar. Separate written terms may apply to managed API access, Widgets, datasets, research services, private deployments or partnerships.
Informational service
Prediction Market Radar is an informational research and publishing service. It is not an exchange, broker, bookmaker, wallet, custodian, order router, personal adviser or guarantee of market access.
Permitted use
Website content may be used for personal research, education, journalism and reasonable evaluation of the service, subject to applicable law, source-platform rights and any separate licensing terms.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to bypass access controls, probe protected systems or disrupt the service.
- Submitting malicious code, false identity information or confidential credentials.
- Presenting displayed values as guaranteed prices, guaranteed profit or confirmation of legal access.
- Automated activity that materially degrades the service or conflicts with source-platform terms.
- Republishing protected source material or Prediction Market Radar content where permission is required.
Intellectual property and source rights
Original software, design, normalisation, matching logic, editorial text and branding remain protected. Platform names, market wording, logos and related materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms. A source link does not create an unrestricted reuse licence.
Research disclaimer
No execution or account service
The website does not execute or arrange transactions, connect customer accounts, hold funds, route orders, recommend stake sizes or determine whether an underlying platform is available or lawful for a particular person.
Accuracy and data timing
Displayed information can be delayed, incomplete, erroneous, stale or unavailable. Values can change between observation and viewing. An operational platform can still contain an individual market error.
No guarantee of equivalence or profit
Markets that appear related can use different deadlines, qualifying events, resolution sources, fees, limits or settlement procedures. Apparent differences do not establish simultaneous execution, arbitrage, guaranteed profit or risk-free return.
Costs and practical constraints
Displayed calculations can exclude fees, slippage, market depth, currency conversion, withdrawal costs, taxes, account limits, geographic restrictions and rejected or partially filled orders.
Personal responsibility
Information should be checked at the originating platform before it is relied upon. Appropriate professional advice should be obtained where needed. Each visitor remains responsible for applicable law and third-party platform terms.
User submissions
A person submitting a correction or partnership enquiry confirms that the information may lawfully be provided. Factual details may be used to investigate, correct and improve the service. Attribution is not provided unless separately agreed.
Availability and changes
Sources, pages, access limits and features may change, suspend or end. No uptime, completeness, refresh frequency or continued free access is guaranteed.
Third-party websites
Linked platforms are independently operated and maintain their own terms, privacy practices, eligibility rules and risks. Prediction Market Radar does not control those services. Suspected errors can be submitted through Report a mismatch; submission does not mean the issue has been verified.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes update the effective date. Questions may be sent through the contact page. Governing-law and dispute provisions for paid partnership products will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
